Hi, my name's Luke. I'm one of the guys that makes sure that systems are always online and in proper working order, employees are able to work free of IT-related hindrances, and that clients are satisfied and willing to keep paying for service. I'm one of the guys that tackles the problems that escalate beyond the expertise and experience of the primary response team with a vengeance. My strongest skill is my unique mix of common sense and a naturally analytic thought process. I'm a malfunctioning system's worst nightmare; the ultimate diagnostic human machine that's happy to roll out of bed at 3AM to check a service notification without hesitation. No bug is safe when I'm on the case.

I have a passion for providing quick and easy solutions when possible and developing bullet-proof built-to-spec customized software when required. I don't claim to know everything. In fact, I know quite little in the grand scheme of everything...but rest assured I will learn what I need to on demand and provide the expected results. I have no formal education in the computer sciences field, having learned everything that I know from industry experience, my own relentless personal research, and open source collaboration.

If the first two paragraphs didn't scare you away, then you're probably just the kind of employer that I'd love to work for! I have a strong respect for chain of command, proper delegation of responsibilities, and professional accountability. If your company implements and enforces these three practices, awesome!
